    ODC Colleagues:

We want to share a resource of interest to scholars and ODC teaching faculty.

Rutgers University's "Curriculum Library for Employee Ownership (CLEO)" is an online library of research and teaching materials featuring more than 600 resources-including company case studies, links to research articles, and policy reports. The resource is freely available to anyone interested in employee share ownership as a tool of organizational development and change.

A new feature on the site, launched February 2021, is the "Employee Ownership Speakers Bureau," a list of successful CEOs and thoughtful experts who can be scheduled to speak to university classes about sharing ownership with employees, sharing their first-hand experiences with sharing ownership with employees, and leading organizational change. We invite you to include one of these speakers in your summer or fall classes. It's free.

More than 150 new resources were added to the CLEO site in the past year, and visits to the site have more than tripled since CLEO was redesigned last spring. CLEO is housed within the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
