Request for Unpublished Studies for a Meta-Analysis on Organizational Change Attitudes

    Dear Colleagues,

I am doctoral student from the I-O Psychology program at Colorado State University and am collecting articles to use in a meta-analysis on dispositions and attitudes toward organizational change and their respective outcomes from the change process. At this point I am reaching out to see if anyone has unpublished studies on these topics that they would be willing to share relevant information from to aide in the accuracy of this meta-analysis. More specifically:

    1.     The attitudes and dispositions are: readiness for change, commitment to change, organizational change cynicism, resistance to change, openness to change, and ambivalence toward change

    2.     General outcomes may vary greatly, but probably fall under broad umbrella categories such as performance, change-related outcomes (e.g., technology adoption), job attitudes (e.g., satisfaction), or employee well-being metrics.

    3.     The study would need to have either 2 or more of the aforementioned attitudes and dispositions, or need to have 1 or more of the aforementioned attitudes and dispositions and one of the aforementioned outcome variables.

    4.     The study is quantitative and has a coefficient that can be transformed into a correlation.

If you have, and are willing to provide studies that may be applicable, please contact me at James.Weston@colostate.edu. My apologies for any cross-postings with this.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Best Regards,

    James
