    Dear ODC colleagues and friends,

Thank you to all who have signed on to serve as reviewers for this year's annual program. So far, we have 145 reviewers. I am hopeful that we can double this number!

Please remember: The submission and review process is the backbone of annual meeting planning. Please sign up!

A most important way to get involved? Be a reviewer!

Even if you are new or not yet a member of the ODC Division, You are welcome!

Signing up is very easy. Navigate to http://review.aom.org and click the "Sign In" button. Follow the instructions and be sure to choose the ODC division! We will use your keywords to match you with papers that align with your interests and expertise.

    A few other reminders:

    ·  The review period is from January 23 to February 14, 2019.

    ·  We recognize and award the very best ODC reviewers at the annual division meeting.

    ·  Even if you have reviewed in the past, you still need to sign up again.

I also encourage each you to submit papers and symposia proposals. Submissions are due by January 15, 2019. Please review the call for submissions for more information.

Again, I look forward to working with you to build an exciting, interesting, and thought-provoking program as we contemplate how to encourage constructive change for our students, organizations and the world.

Many thanks for your commitment to the ODC community. I look forward to meeting you in Boston!

    Warmest regards,
