This event is designed for doctoral students engaged in research related to organizational change and development, offering a unique opportunity for vibrant community interaction, networking, and access to leading scholars in the field.

- A recommendation letter verifying your status and year in your doctoral program.
- A one-page bio including your contact information, research, and teaching interests.
- A 3-5 page summary of your dissertation project.
The consortium is aimed at doctoral students in the dissertation stage, though students at earlier stages are welcome to apply if space permits.
