    Published by ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, "Employee Ownership in the Americas: A Path to Shared Prosperity" is a collaborative effort that garnered the voices of academics, researchers & professionals from the U.S., Perú, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, France & Mexico, to address wealth inequality, one of the most pressing issues of our time.

    The book will be presented on January 13th, 2024, at the Louis Kelso Workshop, an annual symposium with the purpose of studying broad-based forms of capital ownership and capital income such as various forms of employee share ownership, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, equity compensation, employee ownership trusts, profit sharing, gain sharing, and worker cooperatives. The Louis Kelso workshop is organized by the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) .
