    Dear Colleague,


    Bernard Burnes and I got a positive response to our 'Past Present and Future of OD' artile in Human Relations, and we are grateful for your kind words.


    As a result we lobbied the editors of International Journal of Managment Reviews to do the same for a paper of ours on Kurt Lewin's Field Theory. It is a bit more technical and specifically focus, but anyway, the editors (Ossie Jones and Caroline Gatrell) very kindly intervened on our behalf, and you can  see a copy here.
