The ODC Hive is an initiative designed to forge relationships, build community, and generate resources to explore research and practices aimed at creating healthy, vibrant and flourishing teams, organizations, and communities. Through the hive, the ODC Division promotes projects that move the field forward, transforming the space between scholarship and practice. We strive to engage people and build connections, bringing people together with differing perspectives, interests, and capabilities. We welcome ideas and proposals, and encourage engagement from every member of our community to be actively involved in these efforts.
