Attached is a call for submissions for a special issue of Organization Development Review (ODR) focus on disruptive changes and transformations associated with a range of relevant circumstances including Covid-19 and racism and inequality. Proposals are due September 1, 2020 and manuscripts are due December 1, 2020 for publication in spring 2021. Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.
