Greetings from the International Women Mentoring Institute (IWMI).
We are pleased to invite your organization to support and share our Call for Papers for the International Women's Mentoring & Leadership Forum 2026 with your members, networks, and community.
This pioneering global initiative is dedicated to advancing women's mentoring research, leadership, and evidence-based best practices while contributing to the growing global body of knowledge in this important field. The Forum aims to create a meaningful platform where researchers, practitioners, educators, mentors, leaders, and advocates from around the world can exchange ideas, research findings, experiences, and innovative practices that strengthen women's mentoring globally.
The 2026 Forum will focus on the theme:
"The Future of Women Mentorship: AI Fluency & Generational Equity."
As mentoring continues to shape leadership development, inclusion, empowerment, and intergenerational growth, we believe it is important to intentionally document and promote research and practical insights that can influence future policies, programs, and mentoring ecosystems worldwide. This initiative also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to gender equality, quality education, decent work, partnerships, and reduced inequalities.
We warmly welcome researchers, professionals, organizations, and practitioners from across different sectors and countries to submit abstracts and participate either onsite or virtually. Abstract submission is free of charge, and both onsite and virtual presenters will receive a Certificate of Oral Presentation.
We would be truly grateful for your support in circulating the attached Call for Papers within your organization and networks. By sharing this opportunity, your organization will help amplify important conversations and contribute to strengthening global collaboration in women's mentoring and leadership.
