She will present her research titled "Mind the Work: Reconciling Differences in Expert Practice Following a Merger."
This research develops a model showing how professionals can resolve work approach differences after mergers through scientific and experience-based knowledge. Professionals' deep expertise makes reconciling practices difficult but not impossible.
