    Join our PDW - Reinvigorating Constructive-Development Theory-Based Measurement in Organization Development.

     

    This interactive workshop introduces a new generation of constructive-developmental measurement tools and explores the opportunities and limits of AI-assisted scoring in leadership and organization development contexts.

    Participants are invited to complete the short MMQi-8 developmental assessment in advance HERE. Those who attend the workshop will receive a confidential individual debrief.

    During the session, we will interpret anonymized developmental profiles, consider applications for leadership development and culture change, and critically examine the ethical and methodological risks of using AI-assisted scoring with developmental data in organizations.
