Yet, a critical challenge remains - translating theoretical insights into actionable practice continues to be fragmented and inconsistent. Academic and practitioner communities often operate in parallel - connected by shared purpose but divided by language, priorities, and pathways to impact. This disconnect limits our collective ability to address the complexity, urgency, and scale of transformation that today's organizations demand.
