    Dear Colleagues,

    Plenary Session: ODC Distinguished Speaker, Sandra Janoff, Future Search

    What does it take for a whole system to take responsibility for its future-across deep differences? It takes doing something different, given that we are still stuck in our deep differences. 
    Titled: Everybody Improving Whole Systems: Reclaiming the Basics of ODC ... and Ancient Wisdom-Sandra Janoff shares insights from 30 years of practice developing Future Search, a strategy grounded in open systems theory and powered by the belief that people-when brought together with care and purpose-can organize themselves to act. Drawing on real stories from corporations, communities, and countries in crisis, she will challenge us to reconnect theory and practice in service of structural change, not just individual behavior. This is for anyone who wants to move from fragmentation to shared action.
