Dear colleagues,
I hope this message finds you well. We are excited to extend an invitation to you for an upcoming workshop organized by the ODC division. This workshop aims to assist our members in developing their submissions for the 2024 annual meeting. Please find the event details below.
Purpose: Provide early developmental feedback to researchers (especially junior researchers and Ph.D. students) on an idea, abstract, or draft for a potential AOM conference submission to the ODC division. Submissions might include papers, PDW proposals, or symposia proposals. Areas of feedback might include:

How to develop the manuscript or proposal.

Fit of the topic with the aim and scope of the ODC division.

Process for submitting the proposal for consideration at the AOM annual meeting.
Deadline: October 31, 2023
What to Submit: One to two pages outlining the idea for the submission. If you have a draft manuscript, this can also be included.
Process: We will pair you with a mentor (an experienced member of the division) and others who will review your submission, meet with you, and provide feedback. This meeting will occur in mid-to-late November. We will organize small group discussions based on the response to this call.
