The Organization Development and Change (ODC) Division warmly invites first-time attendees to join the First-Time AOM Attendee Webinar on July 21, a 60-minute informal session facilitated by Laura Fey and Danny van Montfort.
The AOM Annual Meeting can be exciting, inspiring, and also a little overwhelming. This webinar is designed to help first-time attendees understand how AOM works, what divisions do, how to navigate the program, and what to expect from sessions such as PDWs, Symposia,
Paper presentations, Consortia, and social events.
We will also share practical tips for making the most of the Annual Meeting, highlight key ODC sessions and activities, and create space for questions and conversation with fellow newcomers.
