Resilience in the Age of Permacrisis

Organizational Dynamics invites submissions for a special issue on permacrisis resilience - the organizational and strategic capabilities that allow firms to sustain performance and compound competitive advantage through successive, compounding crises.
We welcome papers addressing:
- Economic and financial shock resilience
- Political and institutional resilience
- Inflationary cycle resilience
- Human capital continuity under turbulence
- Enterprise risk architecture
- Leadership and organizational learning across crisis cycles
Submission types: Full-Length Articles (6,000–8,000 words), Practice Lab Reports (3,000–4,000 words), Rapid Evidence Reports (3,000–4,000 words), Practitioner Narratives.
All papers must include at least one visual framework suitable for teaching or executive discussion and an explicit statement of boundary conditions.
Submission deadline: July 15, 2026
Target publication: Fall 2026
