    Dear all--

I hope all is well with you despite the war in the Middle East. I know the issues are multi-lateral, but I want to share my sincere apologies for the chaos coming from the US. Many people here at home are standing up for democracy, decency and due process.
Please join us for Roundtable 2026 in Oslo, November 12-14!  Our theme this year is leadership for systems change.  Systems change is an ongoing requirement in today's turbulent world.  Systems are made up of interdependent stakeholders acting in multiple organizations and at multiple levels, from direct service delivery to policy making.  How does leadership make a difference?
Everyone can be a leader in their sphere of influence.  We can engage in relational leadership to support relational coordination across a coalition.  We can "be the change" and create positive contagion as our friend Curt Lindberg and his colleagues at Billings Clinic like to say!
Many thanks to Claus Jebsen and our host committee at BI Norwegian Business School for welcoming our growing community of researchers and change agents to Oslo this coming Fall.

Click below for more about the theme, host committee, call for abstracts, travel tips, hotel discounts and how to register.  Abstracts are due June 12, and early registration ends September 12.
The RCC team, the RCC board, and I are all hoping to see you there!
