The Relational Coordination Collaborative (RCC) will hold its Roundtable 2026 at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. This year's theme, Leadership for Systems Change, addresses the necessity of systems change in a turbulent global environment. The focus will be on how relational leadership supports coordination across coalitions and organizations at multiple levels.

• Location: Oslo, Norway (Hosted by BI Norwegian Business School)

• Objective: Exploring how leadership makes a difference in interdependent systems, from direct service delivery to policy making.
