    Greetings! My name is Jody Hoffer Gittell and I'm this year's Program Chair for the ODC Division of the Academy of Management.   

    Program planning for the 2025 Annual Meeting is underway. We need your help!  

    The most important way to get involved:  Be a reviewer for ODC!  

    The submission and review system is the backbone of annual meeting planning. Please sign up!   

    Even if you have not reviewed before or are not yet a member of the ODC division - You are welcome to review for ODC!  

    If you are new to the reviewing process, or would like to learn more about how to review, join our reviewers workshop on January 14 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Learn more about our Reviewers Workshop.

    Signing up is very easy. Just navigate to http://review.aom.org and click the Sign In button. Follow the instructions and be sure to choose the ODC division. 

    We will use your keywords to match you with papers that align with your interests and expertise.  

    A few more bits of useful information:  

    1. The review period is between January 16 – February 13, 2025.  
    2. Even if you have reviewed in the past, you still need to sign up again.  
    3. We recognize and reward the very best reviewers at the ODC annual division meeting.  
    4. If you review for the ODC division, you will receive a max of three papers to review. (If you review also for another division, that division may send you up to three papers for review).  

    I encourage you to consider submitting a paper, symposium, or PDW proposal to ODC! Submissions are due by January 7, 2025. You can find information on submitting to the annual meeting here. Please view the calls for the ODC Scholarly Program and the ODC PDW Program.  

    More information is forthcoming. For now, we are excited to begin work with you to build a vibrant ODC program for the Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, July 25-29, 2025.

    Good day.

    I have already signed up as a reviewer. Been a reviewer since 2022. 

    I will not make it in person to the AOM Meeting in Copenhagen.
