The Department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University is seeking a full-time, non-tenure track (full) professor of organizational behavior primarily to teach courses in our undergraduate, MLOC, MBA, and executive education programs, to begin on July 1, 2026.
Candidates should have a PhD in OB, management, or a related social science field, ten or more years of teaching experience in management education, an excellent teaching record including in the application of experiential learning methods with adult learners, expertise in leading or advising organizational change projects using appreciative inquiry and positive organizational development methodologies, expertise teaching in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, experience in teaching social and global issues in management at the undergraduate, master's, and executive education levels, and demonstrated ability to organize and lead educational programs, courses, and student field projects in organizational settings. Publications targeted at practitioner audiences are desirable.

The annual starting base salary range for this position is from [$150,000 -$160,000]. CWRU considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
