Organization Development and Change ODC

The ODC Division has received 247 submissions--65% more than we had last year!

AS OF TODAY, WE HAVE ONLY 170 REVIEWERS!

This is a major challenge because we need at least as many reviewers as submissions to ensure each paper receives a full three reviews.

Please, if you have not yet signed up as a reviewer do so now here:

If you've already signed up, please consider reaching out to two or three of your colleagues-whether junior or senior-and encouraging them to register now. Reviewing for AOM offers a fantastic opportunity to stay at the forefront of the field. Each reviewer will receive no more than three papers, with a submission deadline of February 13.
