I'm a Research Fellow at the Centre for Transformative Work Design, University of Western Australia, directed by Professor Sharon Parker. I'm currently researching organisational-level work design intervention studies measuring performance.
I wondered if those of you who have expertise in this area and are conducting / have conducted work design intervention studies measuring performance, or know of any such studies which are being conducted, would pass on details? Thank you.
