Invitation to join Virtual Humanistic Management PhD network gathering [apologies for cross-listing]

Are you working on your PhD and motivated to advance a humanistic agenda for better organizing? In a world full of existential crises, we are gathering those that know that we as a species can do better.

The humanistic management agenda focuses on reorienting organizing practices to 1) protect dignity and 2) promote well-being rather than narrow economic wealth only.  Are you interested to advance this agenda and be part of of peer group?

Then check out the Humanistic Management virtual PhD group lead by John Kyle, CEO KVA and Juergen Nagler, UNDP, with support of Michael Pirson, Associate Professor, Fordham University. We are aiming to create a group that:

    - facilitates cross-pollination

    - advances research in a stimulating and supportive environment

    - supports you throughout the PhD journey, and

    - helps with future career options.

Interested? Then feel free to join our first session on October 16th, 10am-11am EST on zoom. We will explore the basics of Humanistic Management and how this paradigm can inform a wide range of research projects. We are aiming to gather monthly.
