Dear ODC colleagues,
On behalf of the Social Issues in Management (SIM) division, we would like to invite you to a 60-minute online event on May 8th at 1100 EDT (0800 PDT, 1600 BST, 2030 IST). While the division has a long-standing dedication to bridging scholarship and social change, the challenge of creating real-world impact is one shared across all AoM divisions.
To explore this, Mike Barnett (Editor, Academy of Management Perspectives) will be delivering a focussed session on how to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact and on ensuring our work has a direct, credible influence on the stakeholders, organisations, and managers who need it the most. This session is a good opportunity for all researchers on learning how to increase the reach of their work and obtaining practical insights on developing responsible scholarship that guides practice and policy decision-making.
Please pre-register for attending the event: https://unisg.zoom.us/meeting/register/ptiBBeYHRKSTuLU6peyvkg
Kind regards,
SIM Impact & Outreach Committee & SIM Membership Committee.
