Dear Colleagues,
I am seeking potential collaborators for a symposium session on planned, effortful organizational (culture) change (final title TBD) for the upcoming 2013 AOM conference. The submission deadline is 1/15.
The main goal of this session is to gain a better understanding of how organizations can manage an intentional, data-driven, and effortful culture change. My colleagues and I have a study examining data-driven, planned culture change. While organizational culture change is the main topic area of our interest, we'd also welcome studies highlighting related topics.
