OD friends, an OD inspired fellowship has developed around the work of action inquiry (originally formulated by Bill Torbert) that Hilary and I wanted to bring your attention to as it suggests an overlap between networks that may be of interest. We highly recommend their workshop (attached) in April, in Boston, focused on Action Inquiry and the use of the latest version of the Global Leadership Profile, indicating stages of personal development. There is natural overlap between ODC and this network of action inquiry, action research and other OD inspired groups (CCL etc). The venue of the workshop is the Boston College Retreat Center-most excellent, we have been there.
