    Dear Colleagues:
     
    I and my colleagues are working on a meta-analysis of the association between Personality and Organizational Commitment. We have conducted a comprehensive search of the published literature and are now seeking other unpublished works that cover this association. 

    If you have any unpublished papers, conference presentations, master theses, or dissertations that include relevant data, would you please consider sharing them with us for this meta-analysis so that we can include them in our study?
