PDW: Creating Meaningful Organizational Connections Through StrategicPlay using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
StrategicPlay is a budding consultancy that uses the novel, experiential exercise and methodology called LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® to create human connections and meaningfulness in an organizational context. The methodology uses LEGO® bricks to build metaphorically symbolic elements associated with work life on teams and within organizations to enhance working relationships, create connections, enhance sense-making and therefore enable meaningfulness to happen. This experiential process allows people to express their ideas and thoughts verbally, visually, and aesthetically through three-dimensional artifacts that they build with LEGO® bricks. LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® helps stakeholders understand how organizational change can be meaningful, understood and accepted by those affected by the change.
