I'm a doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University, researching the question how are workgroup behaviors related to a collective capacity for resilience? If we can establish this, we could:
1. Understand more specifically which behaviors contribute vitally to this strategic capacity and
2. Target interventions to more reliably impact its strength.
If you are an employee at a company of 25+ staff, please help to find out by participating in a 10-15 minute Pilot Study survey (IRB No.14-1201). I'd be very grateful for the contribution of your experience and would be happy to share summary results post Dissertation Study at your request.
