    Dear ODC Member:

    We are seeking your help via a crowdsourcing effort. We are preparing a PDW, "Teaching Organization Design in the Digital Era," to be presented at the Academy of Management meeting in Vancouver. Our PDW is sponsored by the ODC Division.

    Your responses to the questions below will be summarized and incorporated into our presentations. Please send your response to csnow@psu.edu, LiedtkaJ@darden.virginia.edu, and BO@asb.dk.

    The inputs that we seek from you concern the following questions:

    1. Within the vast literature on organizations and management, what is the core knowledge
        (theories, concepts, etc.) that is directly relevant to designing an organization?
    2. What is the specific knowledge and skill set required of an organization designer?
    3. Would you be interested in presenting and discussing your ideas on a panel in the PDW in
        Vancouver?
