    Dear colleagues,

I am looking for an activity regarding communicating change in an organisation.. something that helps students in understanding a) the key message content, and b) designing a communication plan for different phases of the change process. I will really appreciate any help.

Go to Graspthesituation.org and you may get some ideas.  The main point is continuous engagement  of participants in change.

Further to your query and for activities regarding communicating change you might wish to refer to the first or the second edition of textbook published by Macmillan and its title "Managing Organization Change: Process, Social Construction and Dialogue."

I am not advertising the text but it is widely used in Asia, UK and Northern Europe. It contains hands-on activities aimed at helping students get to grips with conversational models, storytelling, as well as distinguishing transmission models from the relational models of communicating change .
