Organizational Change Vignettes

    Hello Colleagues, 

    I am a doctoral student at Claremont Graduate University, and I am currently conducting my dissertation research in organizational change. I am wondering if anyone would happen to know of any organizational change vignettes that are used for experiments assessing employee readiness or motivation to change.
