    Cummins & Worley is indeed a good text. Another is by Wendell French entitled "Organization Development and Transformation: Managing Effective Change" published by Irwin/McGraw Hill (2005). I used it to teach an undergraduate course on OD&C, and even though it is seven years old, it is very relevant.
