    Dear Michael

Thought it might prove useful to share your endeavor drawing attention to a book I have authored on foundational issues in relation to humanistic management largely inspired by organizational polyphony.

Due to debilitating (health) reasons, I won't be able to attend the named Pre Conference hence would be most grateful if someone could take on board the work I have started on aspects of voice representation achievable through the work of Bakhtin and Merleau-Ponty. It has been published in a book entitled "Rethinking Organizational Change: the Role of Dialogue, Dialectic & Polyphony" published by Routledge.

Good luck and my best wishes to the Pre Conference project.
