The Learning Organization
The Learning Organization, as an international journal of critical studies in organizational learning, seeks accounts of good theoretically informed, critical thinking and practice from around the globe. It aims to put issues around organizational learning in the participatory age of social media firmly on the agenda and promotes critical analysis such as of culture, organizational power, politics and managerial ideologies. The journal aims to engage both practitioners and academics in progressive inquiries and critical dialogue about organizational learning in the neo-millennial age.
