Amy – I am working on an article based on my dissertation which I completed this past May. My empirical research looked at the store managers and store associates working in 352 retail stores of a large retail chain, and the extent to which associate's views of their manager's adoption of the company's espoused values influenced turnover intent, store level profit and sales. There did seem to be some weak correlations which became stronger when TOI was a moderator. Also, store manager's perceptions of their managers adoption of company values was strongly correlated to TOI of associates in their stores.
