    Best,
    Andre

On behalf of the ODC Board and Healthways, I am pleased to announce the winners of the Pioneering Research Award (sponsored by Healthways).

    Our sincere congratulations go to:

Dr. Anneloes M.L. Raes, Professor Dr. Heike Bruch, Dr. Simon B. De Jong (University of St. Gallen Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management)

Topic:  Does employee wellbeing start at the top? How top management teams create productive organizational energy and foster employee wellbeing.

The submissions for this award were reviewed both by members of the ODC Board and Healthways research scientists and organization development professionals.  The reviewers ranked the applications for interest, rigor, fit with Healthways mission and purpose, budget and schedule, etc.  The efforts of all the applicants made for an enjoyable review!

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Raes, Dr. Bruch and Dr. DeJong!  We will recognize them at the ODC Business Meeting in San Antonio this Summer as well.

Raymond...thanks for the inquiry.  Please look for presentations and the final research from Dr Raes et al at future AoM events.

At this point, their submission was in the form of an application versus a completed research paper.

    Thanks for your interest.

    All the best

    Jeff Klem
