    Alliant International University is seeking a Systemwide Director of Organizational Psychology for the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) who will be an integral part of the school's leadership team and work closely with the Dean in managing, monitoring and shaping new directions for the organizational psychology program     on five campuses (San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, and Fresno). 

    The organizational psychology program at CSPP has graduated roughly 1150 alums with doctorates or masters degrees since it began in 1989.  The program has approximately 20 faculty members who are experienced practitioners and published scholars, and coursework involves considerable supervised fieldwork in addition to content knowledge and training in research.
