    ODC Colleagues,

    I am preparing a textbook of case studies and exercises in Organization Development & Change (Sage Publications, 2011). While the majority of the case volume has been filled, one gap remains: 1-2 case studies in individual interventions. If you have such a case study prepared and are seeking a publication outlet, please contact me.

    I seek cases that address issues such as the following:
    * Executive coaching
    * Administration and/or interpretation of individual instruments/assessments
    * 360/Multisource feedback
    * Career and/or personal development planning

    Best regards,
    Donald

    Donald,

    I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. However, approximately one year ago I performed some consulting services for an organization. During this process, which was basically a systems analysis, I did suitablility assessments on the company's sales and customer service staff. The assessment that I used is very thorough and the results were very enlightening for the leaders. It was a rather small organization but the process worked well. Today, problems that existed two years ago have been corrected. I will be glad to share these results if this will help.

    Hi Donald,
    I have an executive coaching case, involving the leader of a 25 year nonprofit org that worked with international torture survivors in Canada. The leader was fired after some allegations, and then cleared. This occurred when she was stricken with cancer. The result of the leadership coaching was a re-connection with her vision and other qualities that made her valuable as a leader. She has now started a supported nonprofit in central America to provide mental health services to torture survivors there. An amazing story of resilience and dedication to vision and leadership.
    Let me know if you are interested.

    Donald,
    I would like to talk with you about a case study in executive coaching - a case of my coaching a civilian manager in the U.S. Navy. I am a published author of 2 books (Sage and ASTD Press) in executive coaching and I am anxious for all the published articles I can get as I put together my tenure package! I am also certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.
    If you are interested, can you give me a call tomorrow (Friday) at the number below?
    Regards,
