...following my own advice, I am saying Hello and hoping you'd do the
same! :-) Let's make this new list a robust collaborative venue for the
ODC family across the globe.
Please feel free to post research questions you currently ponder (there
are no "bad" ones in the family environment), announcements, or just
updates on where you are in your journey related to Organization
Development and Change.
The best-practice ideas that distinguish a tool like listserv from one-on-
one email are:
a) post something that other ODC fans might really want to know;
b) don't hesitate to be vulnerable with asking for help from the group; And
c) be concise and straightforward (so that hundreds of message recipients
don't have to guess what is the key in your post).
We are already 168 subscribers strong, just after less than a week of the
list's launch! Your participation is what will make it grow in both the
numbers and substance. Please USE IT and ask your colleagues to
subscribe, - the ODC executive board is very pleased to provide this
platform for meaningful exchange!
