    Hello all,

    This session is happening at the very start of the conference and we wanted to be sure you all were aware of it in advance. We'd love to have you join us in this lively learning, improvising and playing session!

    Workplace as Playspace:
    Exploring New Metaphors and Mindsets for Innovating, Learning and Changing     (Co-facilitated by Frank Barrett, Cate Creede and Pamela Meyer)

    When: August, 6 4:15pm –6:15pm
    Where: Le Centre Sheraton, Salon A
     
    In this interactive session we explore a mindset shift from workplace to playspace, in which we reclaim play as a key dynamic of organizational success, and explore its implications for our shared responsibility to the spaces we create that enable organizational innovating, learning and changing. Drawing on emerging theory and practice inspired by improvisation in music, theater and dialogue, as well as case-study examples, we will push beyond the work-play dualism to discover playspace for engaged co-creative participation.
