    Dear Colleagues,

We warmly invite you to the following showcase symposium at the upcoming AOM conference (sponsored by the OB and ODC Divisions):

EMERGING DEBATES IN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE:  ENGAGEMENT, ENERGY AND EMOTION

While organizational change research has a rich and long history, organizations today are operating in an increasingly complex environment that poses new challenges to organizations and their leaders. This symposium is designed to generate a dialogue about how we, as organizational change scholars and practitioners, can shape the research and practice of the field going forward, while garnering the learnings from our past.  We will specifically address three key tensions or dualities that exist within current and emerging organizational change scholarship and practice: engagement, energy, and emotion.  Please join us to discuss how these dualities may shape and influence our research and practice of organizational change going forward.
