PDW: Building a Trustful Collaboration with StrategicPlay using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
In a world undergoing continued, and continual organizational stress, focusing on play as a means of coping with change provides an interesting, light-hearted yet eminently serious approach in developing strategies to deal with organizational transformation. Trust is a prerequisite for engaging openly in play; this workshop links the complex notion of Trust with Play to provide a practical application of how a concept can be linked with practice and operationalized in reality.
This workshop will examine the building of trustful relationships while building playfully with LEGO® bricks in a systematic and applied play process. Using the exercise of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and taking an experiential approach will provide participants with a unique experience of fun in the context of change. Participants will find out how using this methodology, while examining the characteristic of a trustful relationship, can open the mind to coping with change, playfully; and how playfulness can help build teams and strengthen organizations undergoing change. This workshop will demonstrate, experientially, how positive transformation enhances organizational governance.
