  • 1.  Seeking AOM Collaboration on Organizational Culture/Subcultures

    Hello,

     

    My colleagues and I are seeking collaborators for a potential submission for the upcoming 2013 Academy of Management Conference in Orland Florida, August 9-13th (submission deadline: January 15th).

     

    We have a paper to contribute to a potential session on organizational culture/subcultures, examining the influence of various demographic factors on perceptions of organizational culture. The overarching goal of the project is to better understand how individual and organizational factors contribute to subcultural variation within organizations, and in particular, the emergence of countercultures.

     

    We would be interested in connecting with any colleagues who are still searching for contributors to an AOM submission on culture or who may be interested in co-organizing one.
