The ODC Outstanding Speaker Award

The ODC Division is delighted to announce calls for the ‘Outstanding Speaker Award’.

The ODC Outstanding Speaker Award, established in 1975, recognizes scholars and scholar-practitioners who have made significant contributions to the field of Organization Development and Change. The recipient is selected annually and nominated by the ODC Division Board in recognition of their intellectual leadership and impact on the development of the field.

Award recipients are featured in the Academy of Management Annual Meeting program, where they deliver a one-hour address to the ODC community. This session is widely regarded as one of the highlights of the ODC Division’s Annual Meeting. Over the years, this award has been presented to many of the most influential thinkers associated with the Academy of Management.
